Our first sticking snow is normally around October 18th, so this was just about the perfect time. I think it was two years ago that we started getting snow in August!! Blech. I'm not really ready to have snow on the ground until March, but the first couple of snows are so pretty! My girls were so excited to play in the snow that it made it ALMOST worth it.
Exciting!! Now that I live on the coast, snow is a rarity.
